Week 1
Onboarding & Research
The first thing we do after we sign you as a client is send you a comprehensive onboarding form aka a "Brand Download". The goal is to operate as a seamless extension of your team. You'll provide in-depth information—your unique offer, Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs), their critical pain points, common objections, compelling case studies, sales process, and FAQs. All of this will be the foundation to the research we'll do when preparing your outbound system. We must understand your business deeply so our future actions are perfectly aligned.
Week 2
SMS & LinkedIn Deployment
Once we've laid out the groundwork for our outreach and we've built the lead lists, we deploy SMS and LinkedIn as the spearhead of our outreach efforts. In the meantime we warm the mailboxes for the email campaigns and ensure each message hits the primary folder once we deploy the last and most powerful channel.

Mid-Week 2
Lukewarm Calling & Show-Up Prep
As soon as replies start rolling in our SDR respond within 15-30 minutes. Sometimes that's not enough though, so even if we get ghosted instead of leaving money on the table — our rep gets on the phone and reignites the conversation. We qualify, handle objections, and convert what most consider dead leads into booked calls.

Week 3
Email Deployment
Email joins the mix on Day 14 — and it’s not just an add-on. This is our highest-volume, highest-converting channel. Each message is handcrafted using real-time research (website, LinkedIn, news, funding data, hiring data, and 20+ other real-time signals). Then personalized down to the prospect’s niche, role, and pain points.
Week 4, and beyond
Refinement, Repositioning and Scaling
Once the first wave of feedback from our campaigns roll in, we double down. We analyze every reply, every no-show, every win. Which segments are clicking? Which angles convert? Where do objections pop up? From there, we refine the messaging, restructure segments, and reposition the offer where needed — based on real traction. This is how we take what’s working and scale it, while fixing what’s not. It’s the phase where good outbound systems become almost infinitely scalable.
